NORTH MUSKEGON’S CALEB DIBBLE NAMED McDONALD’S CREW PERSON OF THE YEAR
He is only employee among 33,000 in Michigan who won award
Caleb Dibble, 22, of North Muskegon and a crew trainer at the McDonald’s since June 2010 at 190 Whitehall Road in North Muskegon, has been named by McDonald’s as a 2013 Crew Person of the Year award recipient.
The award, established in 2002, honors the top crew persons across the country and spotlights the contribution that crew members make to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The annual award is given to a crew member who delivers exceptional customer service.
Dibble was selected based on criteria, including exhibiting leadership skills, striving to deliver excellent customer service and hospitality. The restaurant is hosting a celebration recognizing Dibble for his award. Finalists were selected through an extensive review process by McDonald’s field service, training and human resources departments.
Dibble will receive $500 and a plaque honoring his accomplishment.
